Crafty Occasions is proud of the fast and efficient delivery service it runs from Rochdale, Lancashire. With a maximum lead time of just 14 days from payment to delivery, we strive to provide the customer with the best possible service.

For all European countries your online order will be taken by our online ordering system in Sterling, because of technical restrictions in current online ordering systems only one currency can be handled within a system. When your order is processed we are able to invoice in multiple currencies, so your order will appear on your credit card in your local currency. The Sterling price will have been converted to your currency at the exchange rate in force at the time your order was processed.

We operate a "no-quibbles swap out" guarantee, which means that if for any reason your purchase is damaged or faulty, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from date of invoice and we will arrange for another item to be made and shipped to you free of charge. If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please see contact details above for advice. If it is your error then the full cost of the item will be incurred. Crafty Occasions can not be held responsible for spelling mistakes on order forms received from customers. To return an item, please in the first instance contact us by email or phone. If we decide that return is the best possible action please pack the item securely. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
