We believe that our products are unique and of a quality that compliment the selection of gifts in most stores. If you are ineterested in selling our gifts, then we are willing to help.

Our personalised gifts are all made from top quality Sycamore, Ash, Oak or Yew wood from sustainable sources. They are totally hand made to the relevant British Standards. The investment in laser technology has enabled us take any photograph and laser it into the surface of any product that we make. We also have a number of unique designs which are hand painted. Any text that the customer wants can be lasered using any commercially available font. We are now introducing new product lines using a combination of laser engraved glass and wood.

We have invested heavily in our web site, giving it the ability to cope with most situations and requirements that come about for Personalised Gifts. This is the culmination of 3 Years work. It has been constructed so that a retailer or agent can order online and earn commission as they do so. Please take a look and we would appreciate any constructive feedback.

We operate two Selling schemes.

1) Retail Partners

We are keen to work with retailers to make the selling process as simple as possible. The set up process usually starts by the retailer agreeing to stock our products. Once this has happened, a representative will visit the store to discuss which products will be suitable for your store. We supply flower shops, gift shops, baby shops, wedding outfitters etc so we recognise that each store is different and we need to be flexible.
Once the range has been agreed, Crafty Occasions will manufacture a set of goods for display, free of charge up to the value of £300 (wholesale price.)

Crafty Occasions will then supply the following:-

1) A customised order form pad

2) A wholesale price list

3) Leaflets specific for the store (if requested)

4) Free display items as agreed for the shop up to the value of £300 (Wholesale)

5) An online account.

6) A discount code for the retailer to use when ordering online.

7) Any additional display supports i.e. stands and pedestals etc free (within reason)

8) A free link from the Crafty Occasions web site to your store web site.

Once the retailer is up and running, Crafty Occasions gives the following Support:-

1) Total telephone support - always contactable

2) Delivery to you store for free

3) Additional leaflets on demand

4) Free replacements of damaged display items

5) Bespoke display design service

Some retailers now offer the ability for the customer to order on line and in store. In this case the retailer helps the customer through the order process. The customer places the order, just as if they were sat at home on their computer. Again a code is entered during the order process ensuring that the retailer gains any commission due.

2) Leaflet Commission Scheme

Leaflets are used by Retailers, Distributers, Individual Representatives or organisations to earn commission. Each set of leaflets have their own code so that it can be traced back to the distributer/retailer. As each order is placed, the customer is prompted for the name or code on the leaflet. This gives Crafty Occasions the ability to allocate commission on that sale to the correct retailer. This system works very well. Although some customers make mistakes, in the majority of cases these errors are caught during the order process.
Orders are placed with Crafty Occasions directly by the customer by phone, On-Line, or by post using the form on the back of the leaflet. Some retailers choose to only put leaflets in their store and a few examples of the items on display. This reduces the time taken in taking orders in the store and is an easy way of the store increasing its sales.

This is proving very effective and generating a lot of interest especially with our retail partners. It gives a good return for very little effort.
